Maleficus / Original

Inspired by various songs by D'espairsRay, the title also comes from one of their songs.
It's an illustration of a scene in my story (which is still untitled). The boy is my original character Maleficus when he was ten years old.
There is some symbolism in this pic. The broken photograph should speak for itself, the torn teddy bear stands for his lost innocence.
The crusifix doesn't have any symbolism though, his father was a priest XD I wanted to draw a dark pic, since this is quite an important scene in my story
